Posted on October 23rd, 2012 in BabiesYesterday, I downloaded images from my camera for the first time in 5 months. It’s hard to believe the last time I had looked at pictures from my SLR camera, I was in Tennessee without knowing I’d soon be living in South Carolina. It’s amazing what a brief 5 months can do to your life. One thing I do know is true, though, is that each day is enough to worry about and God will give me sufficient grace to make it through today. Tomorrow, He’ll give me grace to make it through tomorrow.

Posted on May 14th, 2012 in BabiesI finally got around to editing the remaining images of a little 4-month session I had with my Adam. I love all the little faces he has. At this age, he doesn’t love much, but what he loves, he loves with his whole being. Things that he loves include: 1. His Mommy 2. His fist 3. Anybody else who pays attention to him 4. His bed
Pretty simple, huh? Simple is good, especially when I have so many kids!

Posted on May 1st, 2012 in HomeIt’s funny how you make these crazy decisions about your business (like letting it go and just ENJOYING photography rather than running a business) and then after you make the decisions, you question them, wondering if that you would JUST PUT YOUR HEAD TO THE GROUND AND FOCUS, you could do it. Questions like these haunted me after I finally posted to the “world” that I was going to just be a hobbyist. But while I was in remorse over my decision, God showed me one of the reasons WHY He asked me to give the business up.
