My baby

I’ve been thinking a lot about babies these days since there are so many of my friends who are pregnant right now. I started looking back at some pictures of MY baby, reminiscing of the days when he was still officially considered a “baby”.

Some pictures from Father’s Day

He’s a great boy. But he’s just…ALL BOY.

I can’t complain. Really.

He’s so smart, too. Sometimes his memory and understanding of things simply blows me away.

Let’s take a situation that

Clothes

My girl not only loves drawing and art, she LOVES clothes. She would rather us buy her clothes than toys. She came up with some very interesting outfits in the winter since she did a LOT of clothes layering, but the summer has been a bit more tame. She loves to fold clothes, sort clothes, meander in her closet organizing and re-organizing her clothes, picking out her brother’s outfits (in addition to mine), and she loves to dress her animals.

The other morning, she came of bed in the strangest of outfits. She must have been playing dress up before
